What is Making Tax Digital (MTD) and does it affect me?
MTD is HMRC's programme requiring digital record keeping and quarterly online reporting. It already applies to all VAT-registered businesses and, from April 2026, to self-employed individuals and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000 (£30,000 from April 2027, £20,000 from April 2028). We provide a free MTD readiness check, set up compliant software, and handle all quarterly submissions for you.
